KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: LEVEL 2
Knowledge Level: Applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks.
Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are extremely complex in nature. Independent action is critical and uses a high degree of initiative, which is required in resolving problems and developing recommendations.
Supervision: Acts independently on customer site. Relies occasionally on technical support team for guidance. May provide guidance to or train other personnel.
Education / Experience: Requires 2-4 years of technical service or related experience. Associate's degree in electrical, mechanical, applied science or equivalent. Understanding of surgery equipment or procedures/experience with medical instruments is a plus.
